Best Ring (Taiwan) was founded in Taipei, Taiwan. Under the leading and effort of
Tony Hsiao for future prosperity. 1985
Prepared SOP of QC, QA system on incoming material and production to get to top
quality level of world BEST RING INDUSTRIAL CORP. according to the stipulation of American 3 major car makers. 1992
Established Best Ring (Xiamen) in Xiamen with an area of 60,000 square feet. 1994
Best Ring (Xiamen) got the certification of ISO9002. 1996
Best Ring (Taiwan) has got ISO9001 certification. 1998
Best Ring (Xiamen) is certified as QS9000 certification. 1999
Best Ring (Xiamen) was moved to present location (NO 15,Yangming Road,
Xinyang Industrial District, Haicang, Xiamen, P.R.China) with an area of 220,000
square feet. And set up Tooling Manufacturing Dept at that time. 2000
Best Ring (Xiamen) was awarded as"Best Sales Company" by China government. 2003
Best Ring (Taiwan) established laboratory to develop new compounds for customer's special requests. 2004
Best Ring (Xiamen) expanded the building of plant to fabric extrusion products for the application of automobile, high-tech and precise instruments. 2005 Best Ring Group applied with new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) computer system to simplify internal operation. Best Ring (Xiamen) got TS16949 certification to go into the latest quality operation system.

• Prepared investment plan to apply for land to Vietnam government for the 2nd plant establishment.
